This is the question posed to Fred by the new little girl in the twins' preschool class; she asked him this today with great concern when he went to go pick up the kids from school.  (For those of you who don't know us personally, Fred has had a military-style crew cut since I met him, which has gone along perfectly as his hairline has receded-- to me he looks the same as the day I met him; to others, he looks, perhaps, bald/)

Lydia, the new little girl, poked around on Fred's face and head, very confused.

LB explained, "Don't worry, my Daddy's hair just BLEW AWAY one day, and the birdies ate it!"

(Really?  Wow, I always wondered...)
